RPPS Request for Learning Model change
This is a form to make a request for your child to change from In-Person to Remote Learning, or vice versa.

Note: at this time, we are not able to make any changes to a child's learning model, as our class lists and staffing are based on the numbers we have received.  Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  We do not currently have a timeline to provide for when you will receive a response.
